    No, MR. HYDE contains approximately 2-3 times the amount of caffeine as most other pre workouts so only 1 scoop is needed.

  • If I train in the evening can I take MR. HYDE?

    It’s not recommended to take MR. HYDE within 4 hours of trying to sleep.

  • Do you recommend taking Mr. Hyde and Dr. Jekyll together?

    Taking Mr. Hyde and Dr. Jekyll together is a very intense experience and we only recommend it to the most advanced users. With that being said we recommend you start with ½ of Mr. Hyde with a Full Scoop of Dr. Jekyll to assess tolerance.

  • Do I need to “cycle” off Mr. Hyde?

    While MR. Hyde does not contain any ingredient that would alter your body’s ability to function normally, we recommend to take two- four weeks off to allow your body to reset itself. During these time it is best to take Dr. Jekyll.


Mix one scoop of MR. HYDE with 8 oz. of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume MR. HYDE within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Do not take other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking MR. HYDE.
