This nutrient-dense, high-kilojoule feast for the muscles contains a scientifically developed blend of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals. Directions for use

Shake or blend 60g (Approx 1.5 level scoops or 7 heaped tablespoons) with 500mL of skim milk, whole milk or juice, or 300mL of water.

How to consume

• BEFORE WORKOUT: Drink 60 minutes before training with water or juice to fuel intensity without depleting your hard-earned muscle and other tissue.
• AFTER WORKOUT RECOVERY: Drink within 60 minutes post-exercise with water or juice to help speed muscle recovery, reload glycogen stores and build muscle.
